Cause I'm hella bored, and haven't been doing anything fun since I've moved here. I'm near LA. I'm up for almost anything lol

Hmm, yup, it's come to that time where i'll be moving out of vegas (finally...), and heading out to SoCal for schooling and other things. I'm not writing this journal saying "omg who's in socal? let's play brawl!", i just wanted to let you guys know what's gonna be happening to me in the near future.

I'm at home! Yay

I just wanted to put it out there that you all may now upload your tournaments to this website, and expect results to be posted shortly from now on! Now there are a few things you can get in return for saying you attended or even hosting tournaments on AllisFighter, and those would be:

-Ribbons, Medals, etc for placing Top 4

-Featured Attendee: attended an All is Fighter featured tournament.

-5, 10, 20 tourney badges, depending on your attendence in tournaments hosted on AiF.

-Host Badge: For hosting a certain amount of tournaments.

-Regional Host: Host a "regional" sized tournament

-Local Hero getting 1st place in a "local" size tournament

-Regional Champ: Win a regional sized tournament

-National Champ: Win a national sized tournament (EVO 2010 anyone?)

These are all just a quick reminder to what AiF has to offer for our tournament portion of the website. We would like the community to get more involved in the offline tournament community and share results/ videos / etc of what goes on. So start uploading your tournaments if you want and have fun


EDIT: ALSO!!! Due to AllisFighter's skin color, the images for the Top 4 may not seem like they are empty white spaces when the winners haven't registered yet, but just highlight over it and you can see them.

EDIT2: IF YOU HAVE WON A TOURNAMENT (1st place) AND DO NOT HAVE A LOCAL HERO BADGE, PLEASE COME TO ME SO I CAN AWARD YOU THE BADGE. At the moment, if you get any badges, they will award you on AiB if you do not have it yet.

I know it's kinda weird to be posting this in my blog, but I think enough people will see this who actually care about the updates or not.


The updates are going to be changed around a bit! This so called change can also involve you, the AiB community, into them. An example would be you top rankers actually communicating with me at times. Maybe even being asked to record your matches and sending them to me.

I also know I asked for suggestions on the main page but I'm going to ask again here. One I saw that sparked an interest would be the interviews. I'm not sure how that would work w/o being boring but maybe you guys would know. Here are a few questions:

1. If I were to change the frequency of the updates, how far apart should they be? Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly?

2. Player Interviews. What kind of questions would be interesting enough to be asked of the ranked players?

3. Is there anything in the notes you'd be wanting to see more of? More detail? And if so, what?

4. Anything you would like to see that has never been in previous updates?

5. Extra suggestions?


Reason I'm asking this is because I'm trying to provide the best updates I can do for you guys. I don't want to keep posting things that simply bore the heck out of everyone, because that's not what it's supposed to do. I want it to be absolutely eye-catching and an interesting read! So please, help me out here and leave feedback on what I should change/take out/add-in and please be serious.
