If you have any questions regarding transportation to Genesis feel free to contact me.
or message my profile/send a PM. If you have a car that is able to drive to Genesis let me know ASAP. It's in your own interest as a driver to create a carpool since it is by far the cheapest option and for this reason the compensation would be well worth it in terms of gas and wear and tear (even charging below every other available option atm). If you're even slightly interested in driving let me know, I can give you more information and probably fill your car with people.
Please post in here if you are still looking for a ride to Genesis, even if youve already told me or someone else before. It will allow me to help either reserve a van or find you a spot in a carpool.
Genesis Transportation Options:
1. Van (maybe)
Theres a lot of if's here. If enough people show interest, if I can find a van cheap enough, if there's a backup driver just in case. atm Ive hit a snag since most places wont rent vans to people who arent old enough unless they pay a much higher price. This isnt something to rely on yet.
Assuming we can find enough drivers this is the most reliable, flexible, and cheapest option by far(aka the best). Two to three additional drivers is about the amount we'd need, and Id like to have drivers as a safety net asap. Its honestly a great deal for anyone willing to drive so again if youre even slightly interested please let me know so I can talk to you about it.
The method of last resort... isnt much more expensive than what a van or Genesis Bus might cost (unless the van is filled completely). Tickets are $108 and from experience train rides are pretty nice. If you need help buying a ticket let me know.
Another method of last resort. Tickets cost about $84 to Oakland where you could use the subway (cheap) to get to Antioch. Again if you need help let me know.
