Ness is a ****in' gangsta. This kid tilts his hat to the side, and beats *****s up with baseball bats. He also electrocutes people and sets *****s on fire, and when the cops chase him he teleports away (giving him his brawl stage entry, with his demonish smile while he's covered in sin but shakes it off cause he don't give a ****.)

Can anyone else add to what makes this kid so ****ing G??

Looking at that pic reminds me that Ness isn't wearing booty shorts, his legs are just extremely little. He also wears matching thug outfits. If you want booty shorts look at Pit. Spandex all day and tomorrow.
