New Super Mario Bros. 2

What do you think about this game? What are your thoughts?

Pros i see
*I'm happy that they bring back the Raccoon Tail and made a better version of it.
*Mini and Mega Mushrooms are back.
*Gold Fire Flower.
*I like the design of the levels and their backgrounds.
*It's the sequel of New Super Mario Bros., which was a good DS game.
*Online features. If i recall correctly, they will put some things in the eshop related to this game. I don't know the details of this.
*Coin Rush mode. Well, it's good to have something else besides the Solo mode.

Cons i see
*I would not be able to play Coop mode because i don't have anyone to play 3DS games local.
*The coins thing doesn't look very appealing to me.
*Koopalings are there. This could be a pro, but i'd prefer to have different bosses like the prequel had than Bowser's family.
*No online coop mode or VS.
*It's another Mario Adventure game. Which is not bad because all Mario games where you are in an adventure are awesome, but they get kinda boring after beating them. They said that in this game, you will play for a long time because of the coin challenge. But i think that collecting 1,000,000 coins can't take that long thanks to all the coins that you collect in each level.

What do you think about this game?

I really don't like what I'm seeing from either of the 2 new ones :I
In fact I might trade in my 3DS now.... nintendo has saddened me.

They look pretty good, in my opinion. They don't look amazing, tho.

I think it looks like a lot of fun. I don't get the hate on the 'New' titles. I'm more interested in the 3DS one, but I'm inclined to get both. Coin running is something I did a lot in the first one, I better get ready for this one :3

The game look like it's gonna be fun, but like I told you before, while Sonic gets criticism for changing too much, Mario gets criticism for not changing enough.

Who could possibly balance this?

It does looks like these NSMB2 is gonna be slightly different from before, but sooner or later this may get too stale. I'm sure I'll like it, but at the same time I can't ignore this concern I have towards it.

This might be just me, but I personally think this game should've been a Wario game because of the whole "gold" theme and the game's emphasis on collecting coins.

Well as far as I am concerned it is just another rehash with barely any new ideas in it. I don't like the whole gold coins idea. This is definately more up Wario's alley. The game just doesn't have anything new I don't doubt its going to be good but recently Mario games don't have that WOW factor in them. New Super Mario Bros. Wii U on the other hand looks like something worth getting in my eyes because it does new things with the Yoshi's and new power ups. The power up in this game called the Gold Flower? (I think it was) you hit enemies and blocks and they become coins seems like a lame item if you ask me like its not a item I see returning at all.

Nintendo hasn't gotten any worse since the 3DS first came out. They've gotten better. If you sell devices because the creator saddens you, you should have sold your 3DS a while ago.
