Singles usually starts around 4 or 5 PM? Sometimes it can be delayed if you let someone know but its always better to get there as early as you can. Mike can probably give you a better answer.

A little of both. It is definitely a tournament, but we don't really run the smaller events strictly. Singles, Doubles, and likely a side event will happen.
