There are a lot of roles that wouldn't work offline.

If you have people who all know what they are doing, it's pretty fun.
But Ryker has a point. Even if everyone knows what they are doing, but fail to actually scumhunt, it can get boring.

It's better playing with the same people repeatedly.
It's get's more interesting when you begin to pick up everyone's physical tells.
