That's why scrubs don't understand. It's not the fact that melee is what we are used to, or even the fact that it came before, it's because it was THE best smash bros game out of the series. 64 was good, but it doesn't compare to melee. (except to Isai) Also, just because the word "brawl" is in the title of the site doesn't mean we can't use this for tournament record keeping or networking. For someone who wants people to be open minded, you sure can't figure that one out.
Also, your opinion is not a factor in melee beign great. Melee IS great and you're still ignorant. You have no idea what you are defending, and it shows to us who have been playing smash for 8 years. GOOD-bye.
i get what you're saying. but what I'M saying is that that's still an opinion, and we are all free to have whatever opinion we want. THAT'S what YOU don't seem to get. i gave my opinion and you say i don't get it. if i don't get it then why is it that i have the same opinion as you towards melee? i think it's a fantastic game, and i always will. but, my opinion is ALSO that brawl is better than melee. if you can't accept that other people might have a different opinion than you, then get used to it. also, just because you're older doesn't mean you aren't a kid as well. right now, you're all acting childish, because once someone with different ideas comes around, you say they're wrong. opinions are not wrong.
