A few months ago, my dad moved to a new house and signed up for some sort of Comcast internet connection which is connected to a wireless router. For some reason, whenever I get a connection (where the two monitor icons turn blue), I can't open a web page of any kind (there's supposed to be a globe next the the monitors telling me that I have a connection). I've tried entering the wep key, I've tried resetting my computer, I've even tried calling a computer expert. Nothing is working. Can anyone help me? My laptop is an HP Pavillion dv6915nr Entertainment Notebook PC running on 32-bit Windows Vista. Your help will be appreciated.
