I think that Luigi's down B should be the Poltergust from Luigi's Mansion and it'd suck people up like Dedede's neutral B, but then you can control which way to spit them out.

But really, I like his zoning options. He has a lot of different moves that he can utilize depending on the opponents positioning which allows me to control the screen.
