Yeah it was one of those things where we had to draw the line somewhere. And ultimately decided having E/F tier champions keeps the pool big enough without going too far up the power tree. Let us know how things go over the next week in the ladder. If majority of the player base feels strongly E tier or parts of is too strong we can revise the list during this initial launch period. After that it needs to be an extreme case for us to alter a list mid season.
