PM is definitely broken haha. but if you really want to consider him as top tier, then i'd suggest that maybe you don't go too far into it. I don't think he's better then metaknight or snake XD or wario for that matter. He's cool, and his Fair is broken as hell - but other then that his moves aren't too extreme.

its definitely a cool character. Now that I know that its not only just moveset swaps as 1 move swaps, but you're able to actually take one move and transform it into something new, this development will probably be the most incredible addition to the Dynamic SD Loader code ever.

I thought the idea of turning Mario's Ftilt > Ftilt ^ Ftilt v into a triple kick was brilliant, and that shows us that this mod is capable of not only moving one move to another, but capable of combining moves, making multi-hit moves. The Fair shows us that its possible to be changing the hitboxes -and maybe even creating hitboxes - because that Fair stretching out down that far + the sweetspot is O_O

I'm already designing Mewtwo, Isaac and Lyn =D

hehe, well I've already got written mock-ups of Isaac, Lyn, Mewtwo and Waluigi - now its just a matter of getting the PSA beta to see what we can do icon_wink

once Pharrox has the motionetc modifier finished we'll be able to do model hacks and create our own animations so I'll be relatively capable once that's done.

Ispin is asking me to make Shadow the hedgehog too... but i don't think i honestly care about that one

If you try playing online with PM against someone who doesn't have him, then it won't work. You'll be desynced.

Codes that affect gameplay in brawl only work if the other person has the code.

and nah icon_biggrin My idea for waluigi won't be anything like Wario. Granted he will have a similar D-Air, but that's about it. I see him as more of a mix of other characters and since I can custom it myself =) He won't be a wario clone, don't worry.

Give him a stomp for his Down B like Dk's Side B - same as his assist trophy attack, just weaker
I think giving him fireballs for his B attack would be nice, like marios - only he shoots 3 and he can't spam them as quickly....

that's what ive been thinking anyway but we'll see when its capable of it

You can and you cant. PSA currently doesn't allow you to cross animate between characters. However, if you wanted to give a character someone elses move, the hitboxes and effects would still remain (phantom told me this himself)


However, once PSA is compatable with Pharrox's MotionEtc.pac editor (as soon as pharrox gets that finished), you'll be able to create your own animations - so lining up the cross character attacks with the custom animations will be essential to getting the desired effects that I wish to incorporate into my characters. At this point you'll basically be able to create new attacks from scratch if you're clever enough to use character attacks in really innovative ways to build somewhat new attacks.

So just to clarify, there's really no program released to the public for anyone to use?
