And 1st place goes to the one that makes me think "sunset" years before I think "seasons".

These are all solid compositionally, but #3 was one of the only ones that fit the concept.
Revenant, you're good at this, but fix up the grass next time, lmao.

The grass was part of the original picture. The fact that it was blurry was fine to me because it wasn't the focal.

Sorta just a bad week in my opinion. Gunman shouldn't have to be told why he didn't win either.

Yours is 100% solid artistically, it's just that some subtle changes (like a single leaf starting to fall) might have made it fit the theme more strongly. The leaf suggestion would then cause you to change your composition, but I think it'd fit better than having to use an airplane.

That alone would have made a strong connection.
Still, yours is good. I would have voted you 2nd or at least 3rd.


Dude, it's fine being blurry, just make sure it's equally blurry on both sides.  The inconsistency draws attention and distracts from the focal.
