Writing Contest Theme Ideas
We need better themes that interest people! That way, more people will participate in the Writing Contests. Feel free to suggest anything.

Anyways, I'm thinking of using an Ocean/Beach theme. Anyone have good ideas?

I think someone said they didn't like a music theme, but I like it myself.

Anyone else have anything? This place still seems too slow to start the contest back up yet.

You know, talking non-human things and stuff.
Not necessarily talking, but stuff with human features that aren't human.

Oh, and those past contests:
I really honestly wanted to enter, but life just kinda decided to not let me.
I hope I'll be able to enter future ones.
I'll definitely make time for at least the next one, or the one after the next.

I'm in for the next one. Also, why not give a set of circumstances and have everyone write a story around those? It's a theme with a completely open end.

Actually, a fantasy theme might be good, since we usually had more specific themes that were harder to enter.

Personification isn't really a theme, so much as a literary tool icon_razz And Beta's theme doesn't really work since not everyone does stories.
