Complexity isn't bad. Detail is good. Just not when it becomes clustered.

Really great but certainly not "simple".

Edit: borders aren't inherently bad, it's just that most people use them terribly.

It's k... The clipping mask on the left isnt working for it. The text is not good and the box surrounding the text is just as bad. The C4D placement is bad, especially the one on the right. The lighting is terrible. This was obviously rushed like hell.

3. Skyos:

Bad text, bad bg, bad render, bad brushes, bad border, everything bad.

4. ColdDegree:
 
Render in the bg is bad. It's also a pretty bad render *points out haloing*. The bg has no flow, and the render looks over sharpened.

5. iTea:

Terrible. It's a cluttered mess. There is no compo in this at all!

6. Jumba:

This is what I see: Gradient bg, and a skull with low opacity that has been erased in some parts.
7. Piffy:
 
Lighting is ok. It looks like you put the game case in the bg, which looks ugly btw. Also the render on the right doesn't help much either. This, honestly, had some sort of potential.

9. Riddle the Three-Dollar Prostitute:

The sprites is sort of cluttered and the bg definitely needs to be different. Preferably something darker. The text doesn't need to be there though.

MS Paint? If so, get Gimp/Photoshop. Poorly drawn images on a black bg isn't worth critiquing.

11. Kikyo:

It reeks of K-Mart Halloween specials.

12. Gunman:

It's an ok tag. You didn't need the text at all (even though it'll probably make it look empty). Nice choice of render. Lighting is ok. Not much to it, besides the smudging and what you did to the render.

13. Wiing:

I see what you were going for. Wasn't executed well. Get rid of a lot of the white, lose the border and text, and work on it more (even though that won't help you know if you did that).

14. Missing:

Bad text. Too many zombies. Bad colors. Render in bg is ugly. Floating chainsaw (wtf!).

15. Arrows:

Nice blending and colors. Scary, sort of. Border needs to leave. Text should go. Work on flow and compo.

16. Doromac:

A rushed joke. A tiny bit of effort was put in this. KH render is so generic fanboy, Orange for Halloween and Nightmare Before Christmas bg for lulz. C4D doesn't serve much purpose. Heh, So terrible.

17: Zerosyko:

Overly simple vector, bad text, and dos annoy the **** out of me. Better colors needed.

18. UVA Josh:

This one is truly excellent. Nice contrast. Loving it. Lighting is well done. Maybe get rid of some of that negative space. Also, please lose the border. It's killing some of that beauty.

19. Demon Kirby:

Good job scaring the **** out of me. Has that creepy scary Halloween vibe to it. I get what you were going for, as in scary = Halloween. There is some stuff you can do to it, but I like it as is.

It's more of a manipulation than it is a sig, which are two entirely different things, apparently.

not really bro. Manip tags are still tags. I did another one before this, for pokemon I think.

I'd like to change my vote to Wiing if possible.

but i like how Wiing made the render a big vocal point. Great job.

Doromac, what you did wasn't CnC m8, that was just pointing out the obvious wrong things without giving any compliments about it or saying how the problem could be fixed or improved on. You remind me of myself when I started out. It even seems as you trying to bash their work?
