No. Your wrong Conker. I don't have to complement a person's work. The bashing is called critiquing. Giving complements about something bad doesn't help anything. And giving advice is optional. I see that advice is implied when you tell them what is wrong. They'll know if it is wrong, looks bad, or doesn't work in the future if someone in the past told them it looked bad, wrong, or if it didn't work.

I have photoshop but don't know any tricks. I just wanted to have some fun, and I thought my idea was interesting, I just am completely incapable of pulling it off looking cool.

After seeing what Demon Kirby's image actually came from, he gets my vote (19). The veins are phenomenally and seemlessly done; the reason I didn't consider his before I saw the original image was that I couldn't really see any wowing effects, etc. But that's the beauty of his sig. It all just works and flows together to look almost like a stock image. That takes some pretty precise work.

Conker, do you know what CnC means? Comment and Critique; you only have to do one or the other, both are not required. Harsh or negative critiquing is a necessary step to improvement.

Almost anyone in almost any field needs negative feedback at one time or another, it's how they find out if they did something wrong or something sub-par.

Guys, Conker wasn't saying Doro's points were wrong, just pointing out that critiquing so harshly with obviously beginning artists is kinda rude.
