It's not my opinion - If he can't prove his scores they can't be accepted as true. By your logic if I claim 60,000 KOs with Pikachu right now and (about twenty times the previous "WR" which is what GoV claimed - 3200 compared to 150) and refuse to provide video proof and simply say I did the WR strat but didn't die you'd have to accept it right?



It's not impossible because theoretically you could get infinite KOs in Cruel Brawl (well, up to the limit of the score which is probably 999,999,999 KOs). However, that doesn't mean humanly it's possible. Why should they stay if he hasn't provided proof? So if I lie about a set of scores, I'm allowed to keep some of them if I compromise and take away the others? Stupid logic is stupid...

If I record a video with my method for fox where I have second. Will that help prove anything? If it will ACTUALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE then I will record it. I figured out GoV's strategy like 8 months ago but still can't beat it. I wanted to save this for when i got the record but if it is NEEDED NOW then I will record it. (or well a run i have of doing the same thing that fits the 3 mins thing)

EDIT: for some reason i can only find one where i had infinite replay one with 73 kills.

Does this person have proof of that Link score and beating my Falcon score? His Meta Knight score is also high and that 4th score. Not to mention he posted all 4 of them on the same day. the 24th.. I doubt I'm the first to notice this though. As Treklink was talking to him.

All of his scores are higher than the world records.  10MB, 100MB, 3-min Brawl, 15-min Brawl, Endless Brawl, Cruel Brawl, Event Match, etc.

Trek should have done what SW did to a person.  Instant ban + scores deleted (but scores deleted first).

well only if I am 100% sure they entered alot of fake scores on purpose I instant ban + delete scores. if they MIGHT be true, but VERY unbelievable I usually just deleted them without any further steps. if this person doesnt complain about it later I knew I was right <_<

btw, I really think we do need another mod on this point btw, because nao Trek is doing everything...

But seriously. yeah. Definately a lier on his scores. In fact I'm the only one on the falcon section with a vid attached to my score. Except for the person in last place on the 4th page.

Last time I did that, I ended up getting myself into a lot of trouble. <_< I always try to at least talk to them about it first, I think everyone deserves an opportunity to explain/correct themselves. I'd be rather upset if I was some new guy and someone deleted/infracted my score/me without giving me a chance to explain or correct myself first. If that means it takes a little longer that way, fine, I don't think that's a big deal as long as it doesn't drag on for months on end.

Someone (Chaos maybe?) commented that there are more dodgy users now than there ever were in Melee. I didn't originally agree with that (I've documented ~300 over a time span of 2-3 years on one web site alone) but think it might actually be true when one compares the volume of new dodgy scores to the volume of legit ones. >_>

It doesn't help that I don't have a lot of experience with Brawl either. <_<

Since Ruka was always active on both playing and being here plenty. I'd say he is a choice. Not a recommendation.

Also when can you get him to remove his Multiman brawl scores? That Bros guy is really in denial that he doesn't know what happened. When all his Multiman Brawl scores are the same 4 characters with higher than WR scores on each of the 6 modes. Sad.
