SGOlympian Stadium Arcadium Joined: Jun 2010	Stadium Gaming Olympics III Stadium Gaming Olympics III is an international tournament where stadium players (and on occasion, non-stadium players) compete in various modes in the three Super Smash Bros. games (SSB64, SSBM, SSBB). These tournaments are held every year during the summer (in this case, winter for Australia, South America, and other people in the South Hemisphere). Stadium Gaming Olympics are hosted by TKDmaster6467. How did this tournament come up? Three years ago, stadium tournaments were mentioned in a stadium social thread. However, they haven't thought of a tournament where you compete in actual stadium modes. The birth of Stadium Gaming Olympics I came during the summer of 2010. The winner of that tournament was Kira. The host did not play it though. Stadium Gaming Olympics II came last year during the summer, and it proved to be more successful than the first. The champion of that tournament is Treklink256. Organizers: TKDmaster6467 Treklink256 Enrish Stadium Community Rules: Stadium Gaming Olympics III is a ladder system, meaning the more points you earn, the higher placing you get. Amount rewarded for placing: 1st: 5 2nd: 4 3rd: 3 Participation: 1 No entry: 0 Cheating: -10 Obvious rule is obvious, must be your own gameplay. No cheating. An added rule that wasn't in the previous two tournaments is that entries cannot be done before the announcement of the event. Entries are due within the length of the event date. Send a video response to the event video to receive a point. These videos will be uploaded on TKDmaster6467's Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/user/TKDmaster6467). To participate, just submit an entry to the corresponding event video. However, if you are confirming participation, post here! There will be a certain character that you have to play for that event. It will be randomized. You can only submit an entry once. You can only play that certain character unless specified otherwise. Screenshot of the Olympics, you take a picture of a certain theme. There will be two different categories: Melee and Brawl. Stage of the Olympics is basically, who can build the best stage. This is brawl-exclusive though. Obstacle Course is an event where you complete some course. I create the stage. It's brawl-exclusive. Fastest time wins.
