Does anyone know anything about the use of the license for these tournys? What i mean is, in the music industry you have to pay royalties to artists if you are using their material to enhance your business. How does this pertain to tournaments, in which, we're using games developed by Atari, EA, etc... For example: if the pot is big and the event gets a lot of media coverage might a publisher or development company come after you for their royalties? I imagine we would have to pay a license fee or something.

There are legal reqs for these things... each company handles then differently.
