How much lag was there during these matches? I know videos don't show any delay the players might have been feeling during the match, which makes it kind of weird. Anyway, let's roll:
-That wolf looked pretty terrible, you need to be careful with the pkt2, especially if you're just doing a basic backwards loop while you're standing on the ground in front of him. Laser stops you dead in your tracks, and any other smart players will either spot-dodge or shield and be able to punish you pretty easily if you don't connect. I have noticed that people that don't play ness usually expect ness to go through them when they shield, and will usually turn around after you hit their shield when they follow-up, giving you enough time to get your own shield up/roll away. So you get one freebie.....maybe.
-Saw a lot of back throws when your opponent was at very low percents. Don't be silly, save that baby for when it matters. Also, throw a few pummels in there, ness's grab pummel is really fast, a few more %'s never hurt. Only time you shouldn't pummel is if they're at a borderline % for bthrow to kill, then just grab and throw as fast as you can to try to catch them before they can DI.
-Pirate ship is a great level for Ness, no question, but I'd say you're better off picking something else against G&W. Unlike most characters, you can't camp him from the water AT ALL, which is one of the biggest advantages (i.e. best way to get people in the water for a spike and/or score safe damage) of picking pirate in the first place. I know these are friendlies, but it's just something to think about in case you find yourself in a serious match...in which case pirate ship probably won't even be a counterpick...haha.
-Practice your pk thunder (duh), but specifically weird angles below the stage. Probably the most common way I see people die is when they need to shoot themselves straight up, or slightly up and to the left, and they end up nailing wall or shooting off the wrong way. A good method is to just go in training mode for like 10 minutes and practice shooting yourself in the direction of each number on the clock a few times until you're consistent. Also try going from the front as well as behind (that's what she said), it can be a total life saver in certain situations.
