How do you "smash" DI???

you "smash" the control stick in a direction right when you're hit by an attack. Obviously this is easier when being hit by ann attack such as Zelda's fair since the actual hit animation is a bit longer.

I have a suggestion for the list:
all the different 'armor' terms. I don't know if they're any others but 'super armor' and 'heavy armor' with a correct definition would help out a lot. A lot of people are confused about this I've noticed, including me.

A gimp is when you're trying to recover, but somebody interrupts you in a way that makes it impossible for you to reach the ledge. I think.

Another question--what's dash dancing?

Dashing back and forth really fast, barely works in Brawl for most characters, and just invites tripping. Melee Sheik had an incredible dash dance though, and I think she's one of the characters who can still dash dance effectively in Brawl.

Sonic has a trippy dashdance in brawl, as does bowser lol

How do you measure how far yoshi moves in meters?

Try this one:

Wavebounce: Some1 thought of the name, it's when you use a B move, but quickly after that you point the control stick the other way, Not so fast that you'd do ur Side-B, but just kinda fast. B then tilt Control stick the other way quickly.

By doing this your character will do his/her B move, but will quickly turn the other way and perform the move. The Wavebounce will apply differently to each char, depending on their move.

Ex: Pit will turn around with his wavebounce without the lag of telling Pit to turn around. Do it too fast and you'll do Angel Ring instead.
Wario Bite will just turn Wario's big mouth the other way, probably good if some1 tries to roll behind you.

If you do this in the air, some chars might move from the Wavebounce.
idk how to explain it now, but it does have some uses depending on the character.

B-stick, plox.

Admiral Pit's wavebounce is completely different from what I (and probably everyone who's glanced at the Lucas boards) understand it to be. Lucas' wavebounce is indeed done by b-sticking, but you shorthop towards your opponent and c-stick in the direction of your jump and Lucas' PK-Fire makes him 'bounce' really far back, hence; wavebouncing.

I think you're confused about Links bombsliding technique. What you described was just Link dropping a bomb on a platform. Because Link cannot glide toss, the Link community replaced it with something much harder, but more versatile. Instead of doing the glide toss that you described, you actually cancel a dash attack with a throw. You can throw in any direction, and you can actually make Link appear to throw one way when he's actually throwing another. Unless I've just got my terminology confused, that is what a bombslide is. I'm about 95% sure that it's not the thing that you described though.
