I remember being so upset at seeing people online saying Mewtwo sucked but anyone played me and either lost or didn't have it easy. I mean I mained fox but mewtwo was my fav.

Mewtwo is pretty bad, sorry. We all want certain characters to be good and it just doesn't happen. He's too big of a target and has horrible range/priority. Its all about the players that can make a certain character look amazing or use them proficiently.

he's also very heavy and gets combod incredibly easy, and has no good killing move besides his backthrow.

He doesn't get comboed that easily
heavy is a good thing. floaty is not.
shadowball, dsmash, uthrow + bthrow are good killers. not to mention m2 players get most kills from edgeguards in the first place

The reason as to why they need edgeguards is because he lacks kills. I like him alot, I really do.. its just that he might sound good on paper but he get abused so bad in tournament play. Taj may make it look easy but it really isn't, even if you know what your doing.

Mewtwo is usable enough until you get hit.

You guys are way too modest.. I might as well be too.

He can rape fastfallers at times, but its tough not to get hit with a huge target like that. At least he's better than kirby and ness LOL

This is just to prove a point that he's usable regardless. People outcast him but he's usable.

Yeah, people do that with every "bad" character. There's almost no character that's so terribly abysmal and devoid of options that somebody competent with them can't possibly beat somebody on a similar skill level using a better character(Taj vs Forward, etc). However, there are always characters where, due to options that are just plain worse than those of other characters, there's other characters that do important things they can do, or everything they can do, better, therefore technically it's pointless to use them when you could be using somebody who's just plain better. Mewtwo is one of those guys.

Personally I think that nobody has ever maxed Ness for competative play (if that makes sense). I think thunderjacket can be used to make Ness better, if more people used it and found uses for it in competative play.

Well the best Ness i've ever seen is Nessby and I think someone of that skill level ought to be incorperating thunderjacket into their game.
