Well after seeing the best "______" move thread it only makes since to have the worst. It makes since. This way people know what moves not to use. Although we have a worst move in brawl its not very organized. So lets start disccusion.

Also don't say captain falcon for every category we all know that not true. lol

I'm assuming we are starting with jabs?

I'm gonna have to go with zelda.  It does little damage and I've never seen it put to good use.

How about jigglyuff. Its just doesn't have a large enough hit box for most characters. This is a bad thing since most attacks in general have more priority or range.

why not, it's easy to DI, one tap is an automatic 9 hit combo (meaning you have no control), since it's a jab it has low priority and each hit only does like 1 or 2%, and since it's easy to DI, it leads to nothing and is a horrible GTFO move

and it doesn't kill, not even at 999%

jiggs's can lead to an fsmash, zelda is a decent GTFO move and has disjointed priority

the only other character who i think has a jab you shouldn't use might be marth, but his is far superior to meta's and they both have moves that can cover the lack of a good jab

MK's has its uses. Falcon's is bad, its so easy to get out of and punish. Puffs is obviously bad. Maybe pikachu's.

MK's is the worst, there is no reason I could think of using it. Not even because his other moves are better, but it's just bad at everything. Adding to what M4F said, it's also really easy to punish.

CF's can link well to his other moves and it serves it's purpose in building damage and as an escape move.

Pikachu's can be used to partially lock opponents in certain stages. Plus it increases the chance of tripping as a side effect.

Meta's Dsmash comes out faster than his Jab, imagine that. Well, actually, most of Meta's moves come out faster than his Jab, which is quite sad for a Jab. Its only use is for wall infinites. That, in my opinion, makes it the worst Jab, period.

Edit - Even then, it's not an infinite. The opponent will usually be knocked out of the Jab at around 200%.

My vote goes for MetaKnight. The jab is just an awful move, and any good MetaKnight player should just not use it, period.

First, the word is "sense" not "since"

Obviously this one should go to MK, feel free to already skip to move #2. Falcon and Jiggs' jab can at least follow up with grabs or something, the closest thing to MK's jab having a follow up is Dsmash, and if that hits you, you're not DI'ing right (or shielding ...) Did you know you can powershield MK's jab DURING the move? that's terrible, even if you catch an opponent by surprise and hit them with the first hit, they'll powershield and punish you during the move. That's pretty ****ing bad

Jiggz Jab can Jab-cancel in a grab, can jab lock, and can lead to an Fsmash once in a while.

Zelda's is actually hard to punish since it has very little start-up and cooldown lag, and can lead to a Dash Attack (and Fsmash if they DI bad) at lower %s.

Meta's only point for his Jab is for Jab-wall-locks, seriously.

Hmm...Pika's jab might compete IMO.

It's range is horrible, is just as easy to escape, and only covers one side of the stupid rat. -_-

Pika's Jab has disjointed range, actually. It has more range than one would think it would actually have. It can also trip and can Jab lock.
