I say just live your life, if it doesn't hurt you or others why do you care?

I think we have bigger problems to worry about honestly. People who complain about homosexuals need to find something more important to do with their time-like feeding homeless people or donating to cancer societies

It isn't my business how to tell people what to do with their lives. As long as no one is getting hurt, people should be allowed to do whatever they want.
I don't see why two straight people who don't like each other have more of a right to get married over two gay people who love each other. Moronic.

"Love is love" isn't entirely accurate, because some gay people are the same as some straight people who just want lots and lots of sex, without any real commitment.

But still, the gender you're interested in is no concern of anybody else unless you want it to be.

Have you ever wondered why there are two genders instead just one? Think about it. A woman completes the man, as the saying goes. The woman's qualities intertwine with ours to form a unity of true love; we compliment each other like a lock and key. Why would you take a key and call another key its perfect match, or a lock and another lock and say that they are destined to work together? We all know that the key was designed for the lock uniquely. There is no other combination.

What shall we say, then, about man and woman? The two are evidently meant for each other. Take a look at the features of both and tell me that they do not compliment each other. How can one say that a man compliments another man better than a woman, or vice-versa for the other sex? Moreover, why are we inclined to be disgusted by such acts? Is nature itself telling us to look away, perhaps?

So I detest the act of homosexuality. But don't get me wrong, I sincerely hope and pray that the individuals come around and realize who their true partners are. Many are actually converting to straight as we speak, and in the future I hope to see many more come around.

Wow surprising Fury and Zolga. Honestly I try not to treat them differently, but I agree with Kern. The big thing, however, is whether you try to follow god or not. If you are trying to follow god (believing in the Bible "all of it") then there is no uncertainty that god detests homosexuality. There is more than one scripture saying so and if you think god still accepts that, then you are very naive or you are choosing to make excuses to keep your lifestyle CHOICE. Since it is a CHOICE, you can choose whether or not to get over it, it's not impossible. Now if you don't believe in God or the Bible then thats a whole different topic to be discussed. To me, hypocrisy is much worse than ignorance.

I don't think homosexuality should be hated on as much as it is. I dislike people making out in public as well, no matter who it is. People have the right to make their own decisions and Religion and hate shouldn't sway their personal preferences. A lot of people come out of the closet even after they are married and had kids, so I'm pretty sure people who are Gay or Bi or whatever should just live their life the way they want to live it because life is too short.

agreed to the borader points but, again, if God gives us the choce of following him or not, were is it our place to FORCE someone to be like us (christains or otherwise). We can tell them that its wrong (as Kern did) and hope that they convert but its still there choice. Do I hate them, not at all. Do I think it would be better for them to be with a woman, as an opinion yes. Would I make a judgment call on them becaseu they are gay, no unless it affects my way of living in a negative way. In a way, we can live together agreeing to disagreeing.
