DVD to Youtube?
Alright, so I have a DVD recorder and I'd love to put some of my Brawl replays (as well as crazy online battles me and my friends have) online, but the file types seem incorrect. I don't really know, I might be wrong. The file types I get are:

.BUP
.VOB
.IFO

If I'm wrong and I can use these file types, let me know. If not, anyone know how to convert them to another file type?

EDIT: Scratch that, I found something I could use.

Try renaming the ".vob" file to ".mpeg" instead. They're the exact same thing.

If that doesn't work, the easiest way I can think of (I've never done this) is with DVD Decrypter.

EDIT: Lol, just read the "EDIT"

You need Magic DVD Ripper. It takes the chapters off your dvd and converts them to .avi. Simply renaming the file wouldn't do anything for it. But yeah get Magic DVD Ripper, it's the best dvd ripping program out there in my opinion.

Have you ever tried it? Unless the DVD has some sort of copy protection, this will work. Just copy it over to the HD and rename it to .mpeg or .mpg. Granted, you won't want to upload it to YouTube from that since the filesize will be massive, but this doesn't change the fact that renaming the file to .mpeg will make it work on a computer. You can just convert it from there to something else. I know what I'm talking about.

Proof with a low-quality, crappy movie.

In the future, please don't accuse me of spreading false info without backing up your claim. :/

PS... the best DVD ripping program out there is DVD Decrypter. By far. Completely free, direct ISO copying, stream picking, and most importantly the ability to rip protected DVDs. Game, set, and win.
