The official Ninja Spike Thread
Alright, as I'm sure we've all seen, our uthrow can stagespike a few people on a few stages.  This is gonna be where I post results I or t1mmy or anyone else has found.  First, in case you haven't seen this, here it is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jf6fhmS9Ytc
Alright, so we know this works vs lucario on PS1.  t1mmy also posted this on AiB:

Quote (originally posted by t1mmy):
I found out for myself that this also works on Spear Pillar and Frigate Orpheon. It works on all four edges of Spear Pillar, and only on one of the stage configurations for Frigate - the first one that you start on, under the platform on the left hand side (it won't work on the right hand side with the platform that goes up and down, nor on the pseudo-edge that is made when the platform leaves the stage).
Also, this works on ZSS except for on Spear Pillar.
I did all the above research myself. I doubt it's on Smashboards. XD
Edit:
I just checked this out on SWF and the only info was that it works on ZSS and that there's something weird about Shiek.  The U-throw didn't work on Shiek when I tested it, but I'll go take another look at it and see what's odd about her.

tl;dr version: he says that this also works on every ledge on Spear Pillar and the first part of Frigate Orpheon and that this works on ZSS except on Spear Pillar.  Here's a list of people we know this can be done to, listed both as Character Stage Stage and Stage Character Character.  Feel free to PM me or anyone else researching this with me.  Note: this thread was started on March 8th on smashboards, where the 3 people researching with me posted their info.  I honestly couldn't have done this without them; they probably did more work than me, but making a thread colorful and attractive was a job in itself (and I helped quite a bit too).

Search a character or stage in square brackets [] to find them on the list.  Note that all characters can be Ninja Spiked on Big Blue, and most can be spiked on Lylat Cruise and Skyworld.

All links are colored in Tan.  If it's in the format (A:BC-D:EF) after part of a list, it means it's in approximately that time frame in the vid.
All paranthetical text that says restrictions for Ninja Spiking or any odd occurrences when Ninja Spiked is colored in Sky Blue.  Finally, if you wish to help, I'll add your name to the list.  It would be helpful if you started researching all the characters on any stage that Lucario can be Ninja Spiked on; however, PS1 has already been tested with all chars, so there is no need to test it.  Any explanation as to Ganon's strange properties (he is only Ninja Spiked some of the time, with certain events seeming to make him be spiked) would also help.  As you've probably noticed, however, we are in desparate need a videos.  Anyone willing to post a few vids and provide links to them would be greatly appreciated (vids preferably using one character on one stage).

I didn't see an answer in your post, A1. Oh well. I origonally posted this on SWFs. Let me know if it doesn't work for you. I can send you a replay of most any character.

There are three primary Ninja-Spike locations on Lylat that I have found/used; One in the Asteroid Belt, one heading into the planet atmosphere (Corneria or Aquas, don't know which it is. I think the former) and the big battle above venom. I'll go over what to look for really quickly if you want to test it out. I suggest using it on Fox. He's relatively easy to spike because you have a wide margin for error.

1. After warping into the Asteriod belt, you will see an Arwing flying about the ship. Position yourself on the right side of the stage, and wait for the arwing to destroy two asteroids. The ship will turn "downward", then "stop" to "pull back up" ( I say these things in parinthesies bacause it does nothing to the stage, it just LOOKS like that's what the stage is doing ). Right when it stops to pull up, use your u-throw. You should land as the stage is righting itself, causing the spike!

2. The ship should start on fire as you are heading into the atmosphere. Position yourself on the left side of the ship, and wait for the "fire" to dissipate. A split second after it does, u-throw. Spike #2 FTW!

3. This is the hardest of the three. Position yourself on the right side of the stage when the enemy ships start to fire back. Wait for a ship to get lazered into oblivion. Right when it starts to blow up, u-throw.

If you can't get the timing down, try it on slow brawl w/ fixed camera. You can see the tilt as it is happening, and plan accordingly. I'm sure there are more places then this. As pretty as Lylat is to look at, though, I don't want to spend hours exhausting every possibility. See what works for you

Edit: I just realized I may not have even answered your question, lol. Sorry about that. Some characters are much harder to spike than others. Who are you having trouble with?

You really should take the part out of my quote that you put in red:
Quote:
New things are found in-person, not on a forum. If you meant to say new things are spammed in multiple threads on Smashboards more than here, then yes they are.
Jester Kirby:
I meant the B-throw against the tree trunk that stage spikes. So, it's different than this one.-this will make no sense unless you read the thread
To everyone:

It's just surplurfurous quoting. :D

Thanks! that was almost exactly what I wanted but I didn't know how to ask the question.

One thing though, Is kirby supposed to be on the very edge when he grabs his opponent? or is it just a little step forward of that?

The edge is where I've had the best luck. I don't have the frame by frame hack, so I'm not honestly not sure if being a step is in required for some of the more difficult characters to spike.

Edit: Glad I could help. :-)

Kirby Glitch on Frigate Orpheon?

...and here I thought it was all a chance coincidence.  Wow, I missed a LOT while I was away.  Who came up with the idea to start mass-testing ninja-spikes?

Anyway, maybe we can King Dedede to Frigate Orpheon?

Let me get this straight, this thread is for posting videos of characters in Brawl spiking other characters?

ZOMG!

I was playing my friend's snake earlier today (on wifi). I got really tired of playing it, but didn't say anything. Then, in one game on PS1, I ninja spiked him (it has been tested, and NEVER worked before). It was on the water part of the stage, under the windmill. I was losing pretty badly, so I just wanted to uthrow kirbycide. I tried once, failed, then regrabbed him a few seconds later and NS spiked him (it ended very epicly as he cyphered, got caught under the ledge and tried to drop a c4, but strapped it onto me and died). There are 3 ways I think this could've happened:

1. Wifi.

2. Windmill.

3. The most interesting. Did an input one of us made change the trajectory of the uthrow?

It happened around 7:00 on the timer, so I played out the rest of the match until I decided to kill myself with 5:06 on the timer when it would've ended soon afterwards (but I got the replay).
