Advanced Bat Drop - Can't seem to get it down... =/

Advanced Bat Drop
Hey, I can do the normal bat drop (where there are no complicated moves, just dropping the bat and spiking).

I've seen more advanced BD tech's on youtube that require moves other than spikes, and I have no CLUE how to do it. could somebody give me instruction? Thanks!

Double Bat Drop:
Drop the Bat and after the Bat hits the Back press Z-Z
you will drop the Bat again (32%)
Triple Bat Drop:
perform a Double Bat Drop then press Z to catch the Bat and then L+A the Drop the Bat again (40%)
QBD:
DBD, rejump, DBD or DBD, rejump and a Batdrop

To make a DBD easier, you can also press L+Z, L+A, R+Z or R+A at the same time, when you reach the bag

i see your scores, and dont think you can just jump into a QBD like that.

DBDs took me a little bit to learn, but theyre real easy. TBDs are hard. you have to z-z fast, press pause, then R+A/L+Z/etc... usually i either dont drop the bat until after i press pause (mistake) or i hit the ground and cant L+A.

and i didnt learn DBDs until i hit 85K and couldnt do aTBD until 96K youre at 76K... but i encourage you to learn them, they really help when used right.

I'm nowhere NEAR ready for a QBD yet. I don't even have the DBD down. I was trying last night to see if I could come close to doing it, but all I got was a bunch of failures. =(

And my sig is just an honest opinion. No need to go all whoop-@$$ on me. =)

but keep trying DBDs youll get them.

i noticed... DBDs are just like a regular bd aerial except + faster - lag -/+ percent
now if you want major improvments use TBDs but they arent as easy.

Anyway, let me try to get this straight, tell me if I'm wrong:

N00B! jk lol

DBD = jump, Z, bat hits bag, L+Z. no spike at all. i dont think DBDs are possible to do with spikes.

and again you can use R+A R+ L+A L+ or just Z+Z but zz is harder. i use L+Z because it seems easiest to me, while lots of people prefer R+A so you experiment and figure out the best combo of buttons.

Ok thanks! It's gonna be diffcult to try to do this w/o spikes..... it's like a second nature to me. *note to self: no spikes. No z-z. experiment w/ different button combos. stop making notes to self. got it?* rofl

its gonna be difficult to do them WITH spikes too lol.

and you can do z-z but i would only use that for TBDs or a DBD aerial. but id stick with just DBDs for now.

I have 98k without DBDs and I'm not particularly good. DBDs aren't the only way to improve a 76k THS, and imo not one of the best ways.

yes its very hard to find a spot to insert a DBD in a strat when you have a THS low enough that you can do BD AxA strats to improve.

my suggestion for now is to just stick with BD AFA and ADA with lots of characters.
the only character you can use DBDs with pretty easily to help scores is jiggs.
do 5 DBDs in a strat and you can get her to 2K
