Excellent guide, especially for a new pikachu user. You really cover all the basics well, and give appropriate strategies for all of Pika's attacks.

If you use snake, you probally use Garchomp.

Ok, just so you know. I don't even effin PLAY pikachu. I just went on here to see who can counter him *evil eyes*. But I must say, this is the BEST guide I have ever seen. Seriously, you should get a prize or something. Pictures are amazing, the details are exemplary. The only thing I can possibly say to add is some videos. I have been reading guides for years to figure out characters, some were great, others...less so. Really, this is hands down the best guide I have ever read. And no matter how much better AiB is, you have to give a nod to smashboards, they make the best guides.

If I ever decide to pick up Pika, this is most definitely they first place I will think to go. Bravo.

Hey. I'm pretty old to these boards, but haven't posted in a while.

Pikachu is my secondary, and he is a beast.

My thoughts...

Corneria is amazing on teams while you play Pikachu. Camp the Right side of the stage with Thunder Jolts, and Down smash if they get down there. It's a lot more complicated than that, but basically because you are making the match much harder for your oppenents to approch, they are more likely to mess up and get hit with a d-smash.

Pikachu/ROB, Pikachu/Marth is amazing on Corneria. You are going to have to camp a lot. Throwout some random thunders, it's too easy to kill with that on this stage. Tech against the wing to live longer.

On another note, Pikachu in general has an amazing defensive game. Don't get impatient.

Wow. After reading that extremely comprehensive guide, I'm glad I half-main Pikachu. Anyone could totally go competitive following your guide, Kuro... if it was finished. I hope you pick it back up soon, 'cause there's tons more to learn.
