SD Utility Center
This is an index of all utilities available for modifying Brawl. The programs below are created by various members of the Smash community and all credit goes to them for their creations.



Index
Cheat Utilities

  • Code Manager
    A simple, but important program used for managing and adding codes to codelists, along with exporting your codes to a usable GCT format to your SD Card.
  • GCTEdit v1.0 by ChiboSempai
    Another Java program that decompiles your GCT back into usable codes for Code Manager. Unsupported.
  • Savegame extractor and Savegame installer --- 2 Programs that RIP & BACK UP YOUR BRAWL SAVES

Decompression Utilities

  • Lz77ex (Use this program for turning .pcs files into .pac files - Drag the .pcs program into the Lz77ex icon and the program will work on its own.)

Texture Utilities
  • BrawlScape by Kryal
    Model viewer that also edits textures, stages, and characters.
  • Brawl Texturizer
    The easiest way to change textures and portraits!


Editor Utilities

  • Brawl Stage Studio by Xane
    This program, made for Windows, lets you create custom stages(Stage Builder) without limits on your computer.
      
      
Model Utilities      
      
  • Automatic Polygon Deleter    
     This tool obviously lets you delete polygons from character or stage models.  
  • DasDonkey Vertex Tool
    Brought to you by DasDonkey Team is a nifty application that allows you to edit a model's verteces using 3DS Max or Anim8or. Be sure to follow the directions in the readme that comes with it.
  • Fortwaffles' Automatic Non-SSBB Model Hexing Tool
    This tool, when run, converts non-SSBB MDL0 files into an SSBB-compatible version. You probably won't be using this unless you have files from games other than SSBB, though. Note that it doesn't work with models that aren't in MDL0 format.
  • Fortwaffles' model resizer
    This utility resizes mdl0 files by the number you specify in scale.txt (input a decimal like 0.5 of such to shrink the model). Moreover used for models outside of SSBB after they're hexed. 
  • Fortwaffles' bone adder
    In order for one model to replace an existing one, it must have the same amount or a grater amount of bones than the existing model. This application adds extra "dummy bones" to a model, making it possible to replace almost any model with almost any other.


Advanced Utilities

  • Brawl Box
    The Extremely powerful Brawl Hacking utility created by Kryal that allows you to open up and view .pcs and .pac files, extract, modify, and replace items inside. Also has an animation viewer so that users can see a character's individual animations. 
  • Riivolution
    An alternative to the File Replacement Code, Riivolution allows you to use texture, model, etc. replacements for not just Brawl, but also MKWii and other games. However, it's still new. It doesn't have any USB or ISO support yet, and Ocarina code support is tricky to set up.

Dang, this thread hasn't been updated in a while. There are a lot more new hacking programs up, not to mention that the BrawlBox DL link here was the v0.60c version (updated that to the newest version, v0.64d, by the way). Want me to update the rest of this thread for you, Enigma?
