is Falco Completely different than he was in Melee? I need to know this because I do not have a Wii, and I have mastered Falco on Melee.
Could you guys please tell me the things that would strongly effect my skill with Falco in Brawl? I mean besides Wavedashing, and L-Cancelling, cause I already know about that. and if it is too big of a transition, could you suggest a character i could use instead?

Brawl Falco is completely different than Melee Falco. If you wanna be good with Brawl Falco, you have to be extremely patient and defensive.  As far as ATs, I would take a look at the Falco guide either here on AIB or smashboards. Some important ATs to know would be:
SHL (Short Hop Laser)
SHDL(Short Hop Double Laser)
IAP(Instant Aerial Phantasm)
DACUS (Dash Attack Cancelled Upsmash)
Gatling Combo (Dash Attack to Upsmash)
D-throw Chain grabbing and d-throw tech chasing

So anyway. I've been playing Falco for a while now but I can't seem to get really good at him. So far as I've read here you should be defensive, rather then attacking, does that mean I should constantly be camping with SH(D)L?
