If your opponent knows how to avoid grabs really well and you don't know IC's other moves well, you're screwed. Aside from CGs, it's important to get your opponent up in the air, and juggle using Uair. This can be done several ways; some examples are carefully timed DAs, Utilts, Usmash, and the possibilities are endless with desynching factored in. It is, of course, important to mix these up and react to you opponent, or else you WILL get punished. While you're doing this, you need to read your opponent for opportunities to CG, of course.
