Zolga Space Cowboy Joined: Aug 2008	Well for a first sig its not...too hideous. I've seen worse. ALOT worse. Your colors are alright, the lightning could use a lot of work though. It's too harsh at the top and coming from too many directions. I suggest GOING BACK AND CHANGING IT(alot of people have trouble with reworking something) and maybe try smudging and see if that looks good.

Hichez Signature Artist Joined: Jun 2008	Blazetron that's really good. Too much contrast with the colors though. Also be careful with the text it's an easy thing to criticize. Also the border would have been fine if it wasn't a gradient. Good job.

Hichez Signature Artist Joined: Jun 2008	Everything looks much cleaner. The border color still needs to be fixed. The colors bother me still but the composition is good. You are going in the right direction but also make sure you enjoy the look of your signature first.

But if you know your way around typography you can do all sorts of things with it. Illustrator is one of the best programs for practicing typography. InDesign is a good choice too, though Illustrator is more fun. Photoshop isn't really that great. I won't tell you why unless you ask.
