Filipino Cuisine
My mom knows a lot of Filipino dishes that I've been pretty much raised on. Some of my favorite is Adobo Chicken, which is chichken marinated in garlic and vinegar with blackcorn pepper and bayleafs, pansit which are thin rice noodles, and sinagong which is a sour soup with things like guava, raw mango and pork.
So I was just wondering what does the rest of the world think of Filipino Traditional Cuisine?
