Grey Honorably Discharged Joined: Mar 2008	iSpiN, do you play mouse/keyboard controls often? The PC version is hard to get into if all you know is controller (it doesn't support gamepad controls). However, PC is the best looking version, and apparently the PC version of ME1 controls much better than the console version, particularly in the Mako. Can't say that first hand, though, since I only have the PC version of ME2.

I have everything on maximum, yet the Turians have incredibly low resolution faces, and the hair on most characters looks abysmally bad. Other stuff too, but those two are the most noticeable. Also, am I the only one that liked the Mako sections? I found them really fun. ~There are many types of monsters in this world. Grey Honorably Discharged Joined: Mar 2008	PS3 owners are missing out on any side character from ME1, such as Conrad. Unless he/she was a major plot item, you won't see him/her in ME2 on PS3. Also, Dizzy, the Mako sections of the game are the only thing keeping me from legitimately attempting an Insanity run. It's just stupid.

I mean, when up against the Geth (especially on Feros), It's an EASY opportunity to get tons of kills, exp and weapons, the controls aren't that bad, and they aren't incredibly frequent. They're actually fun, using the thrusters to pull off insane stunts, lol. Hell, the most annoying thing in ME1 was the Moon mission where you can specialise. That's the most annoying thing in the game, and It's repeated three times. ~There are many types of monsters in this world. Grey Honorably Discharged Joined: Mar 2008	Agree to disagree then. I find it a pain to control and impossible to not die on any difficulty setting above normal. My last playthrough I played on Insanity for any on-foot parts, and just threw it down to Beginner anytime I got stuck in the Mako again. I was tired of dealing with it.

Detective Dizzy Party Animal Joined: Jul 2008	The Mako's cannon is insanely powerful, you can always hang back and spam it, most enemies die within 3 hits of it, anyway. Plus, for the Collosi, just bump into them so they get knocked down, reverse and spam, It's funny how easily they topple over. I love how the Mako feels like rubber though, you can toss it around with the thrusters and pull off insane stuff. ~There are many types of monsters in this world. -eskimo Spread the Love Joined: Oct 2008	mako was incredibly easy, and you got experience as if you were on foot, i skipped all the exploration after a certain point though. and in me2, i just scan the planet once over for element zero and leave it.

Detective Dizzy Party Animal Joined: Jul 2008	Finished it! Insanity Adept runthough complete! I don't get why everyone was saying It's insanely hard with Adept, I found it 100x easier than the Soldier. Warp is easy to spam around corners, Singularity is great (especially when upgraded) seeing as it eats away shields and barriers. Plus, pull is BRILLIANT against Husks, seeing as they die as soon as they leave the ground. One shot to get rid of armour, and then pull! I also chose the shotgun when at the Collector ship, so... For some reason Chambers and the Engineers died, I read about it and it said that if you land anywhere, they'll die. I only did Legion's loyalty mission (like last time), but they still died =/ Also broke it off with Garrus and took Thane instead, the dialogue is brilliant. Might do another runthrough. If you don't go after them RIGHT THEN, Chambers & Co. die. And I may be wrong on this, but if you do three or more missions, everyone dies who was captured. So basically, make sure you do everything besides Legion's mission before you get the IFF.

That's the thing. I only did Legion's mission before I went through the relay. And Chakwas was like WHY DIDN'T YOU HURRY UP Fffffffffff. FATAL, I got to the suicide mission when it was like, 3:30AM, I had to finish it then and there. THE MUSIC IS TOO AWESOME. ~There are many types of monsters in this world. You get the IFF, you get one more mission, then the next time you go to the map is when that forced cutscene comes up where EDI tells you to take the shuttle. So before you go to get the Reaper IFF, complete EVERYTHING. If you want to save Chambers and still complete Legion's loyalty mission, of course. Or you could always say "screw those guys" and save Tali's mission for when you acquire Legion. Makes for some funny stuff, bringing a Geth onto the Flotilla.

Grey Honorably Discharged Joined: Mar 2008	Lol I still don't think you get it... Here's a chart. Step 1: Complete everything on the map besides attaining the IFF. Step 2: Get Legion and the IFF; it's the same mission. Step 3: Activate Legion and accept loyalty mission. Step 4: Do loyalty mission. Step 5: Chase after the cute freaky redhead the moment she's taken. After you get the IFF, you have time for one more mission, so make sure everything besides Legion's is finished before you get it. That's how you get everyone loyal and still manage to save Chambers and co.

Grey Honorably Discharged Joined: Mar 2008	It's cool. I did that on my first playthrough. I'm making my fourth soon as I finish my third in Dragon Age 2. I think I may go Sentinel, but I'm not sure yet. Right now, though, I'm just achievement hunting for DA2. The only achievements I have left are the ones where you have to find everything/do everything right through an entire 40+hr playthrough. Sooooo it's a bit of a pain lol.
