I'm sorry, but to me Twilight Princess was just too flawed and too easy. And it had far too much untapped potential. I strongly feel it was the worst 3D Zelda game. Although it did have its moments and a small few of the boss fights were pretty creative. like the one with the spin wheel. I just wish they had a way to refight them. Even Wind waker had the ability to refight bosses as much as you wanted.
I always could beat Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess without dying. Its just too easy. Skyward gives the best challenge since A Link to the Past. I died more on this game then I ever did on the others. And Hero Mode Boss Trial in particular is a real challenge thriller. I really have to try on Hero Mode.
I agree the final Boss was a bit lacking as there should have been 3 phases. And that prices should have been raised for items and the 3 extra wallets were kind of pointless. The lack of Levias in the Boss Trial was a bit disappointing as he was one of my three favorite bosses. The game is definately not without its flaws.
I didn't have a problem with there only being 3 areas. Lanayru especially since it had some much packed into it.
The most challenging of the 3D Zelda games in my opinion.

As I stated before, Ocarina of Time was easy for me, Majora's Mask only a bit more challenging, Wind Waker not much harder than Ocarina then the super easy Twilight Princess.
But I respect your opinion of course.
For me, Skyward Sword and Majora's Mask are the top.
