I wouldn't say that I freak out Bizkit, I just happen to take every aspect of planning my events seriously.. I am relaxed but this is crunch time and stuff needs to be done. I have to put over 9000% effort into making this event awesome. So sorry if I want a high attendance, and sorry if I seem to take time to post a lot on my own tourney thread.
as for the common sense remark c'mon now, as much as I couldv'e done the aib/sb promotions in my first 2 tourneys, I was busy trying to run them and gain the experience needed to expand my skillset as a TO and to help culture a better blueprint for future events.
now with the help I am receiving from "Locals" as they are so cleverly named, my close friends who are attending, my fiance, and of course Fats & Spider J, I am sure to have enough peace of mind to try to promote these sites a bit.
with a little luck and some hard work, this can be both an incredible event, and an awesome chance to expand these online communities.
case and point I understand your critiquing, but I am not freaking out, merely taking this very seriously and trying to create something very very alive in a once dead Western MA smash community.
