I should have made a design

I like how the Snake silhouette looks, but the others look.. unnatural to me

I like Milk Tea's entry cause it's simple. Side Fx's entry to me, while well designed, had to much going on and I would argue it would be less successful then a more simple design. Also, maybe Side Fx's design proved not very cost effective. Props to both designs being well made.

i won that contest waaaaaay long ago and i got a free shirt. sooo yeah... ?

To those who are saying that sidefx's is a ton better, I couldn't agree more. Actually, me and sidefx are friends and we showed each other our designs prior to the contest, but we did both agree on the fact that mine was easier to make the first batch of t-shirts with and more audience-friendly. Sorry if you don't like the fact that my design was chosen, don't buy it? No need to rub it in my face that my entry sucked. No thanks for being rude.

I wish this had made bigger headlines. Did they make a poll or anything? Was there any way to vote?
I would have wanted to submit a design myself, if I had known about it. I've made a few shirts in my time.

Lastly:
I won't be buying one- *Puts up flame shield* but that is just because the "Up until now..." entry
wasn't selected. Ness FTW.

not to bash or anything, but im a graphic designer, so i know good stuff when i see it. it seems like this didnt take long to make. i could do it in a hour. ive seen a lot of good sigs that looked like they took more work than this.

i say, hold a t-shirt design contest so we can get the best possible design for a shirt as possible. although i like the simpleness of this design, a lot more could be done to make this look quite a bit better.

I personaly liked the "No Johns" one, but MIlktea's was just as great! This is so awesome, I can't wait till I can get one. XD

Is there a reason why the sleeve couldnt have been added? I actaully liked the sleeves!

I don't get all the hype for Side FX's, it was too complicated and not relevant at all. It looked like you could randomly grab something at hot topic and get that. No offense towards him or any of the artists, but I think the right one was chosen :D

...ummm, there was one. The fact that there is a winner and multiple submissions shows us that there already WAS a T-Shirt design contest that was open to the public. In fact, it was announced several times on the front page. If you or anyone else KNOW that they can do something better, then quit b*tching about it and MAKE AN ENTRY NEXT TIME.

Milktea made an entry, it was simple, it was clean, it was relevant...it won. She deserves Congratulations for her efforts and thanks for the work she put into it. Maybe it would take YOU an hour, but did you ever consider that it might take people who AREN'T graphic art designers longer? And she certainly doesn't deserve all of these "...are you serious? her design won?" , or "I could have done better " comments..that's just rude and you have to realize how insulting that is to her and to the people judging the contest.

You guys don't like the decision, hey that's fine...you're entitled to an opinion, but you're NOT entitled to throw that opinion around flimsily on a friendly sight without considering who you might be hurting. If you had a problem with the judging, take it up with the judges in a more tactful manner then posting hate comments all over the Home page article.

Yup, I don't like SideFX but his is better. Milktea's wasn't even second best, it's a piece of **** and I ain't gonna buy it for one. Probably a bias contest and chosen by the crooked moderators. :O Ugly *** shirt.

I wanna the Side FX desing (both) cause i like the skul with wings and the black color <3!

And Milktea's design is cool too, maybe i can buy some T-shirts... but how i can buy D:im not from U.S.
