GTZ - AIB Host Joined: Oct 2010	well to specify, its a gymnasium type place, with a kicthen off to the side and a stage where I can run the events, it has 2 upper level spectator classroom type areas that will probably be rented as well, so that the crowd can flow into it and relax there (maybe with some friendlies areas too?)

GTZ - AIB Host Joined: Oct 2010	parking, assuming this event is approved by their council, is provided across the street (2 huge parking lots at the converse middle school). Hotels are down the road, pretty closeby, I am looking to establish a weekend pakage type deal for you guys... its early yet, but if it goes through I will be super happy. and the pictures will be posted once a final decision is made.
