Last tournament was a free for all Balloon Battle tournament, there were many upsets that occurred between all the chaos on the battlefield, in the end Thunda crowned himself champion and took the gold medal, Shado fell short of victory and claimed the silver medal, Mike finally got his hands on the bronze medal, and Falcon ended up settling for a blue medal, anyway welcome to the final race in the Occulta Cup which takes place in an asylum for juvenile delinquents.

Track Name: Blackwell State Prison
Track Origin: While looking through all the entrants for the Falcon Tour, Falcon came across S-BLAZE’s registration form and saw he was still on probation. When looking at the list of prisons S-BLAZE was supposed to go to, he visited the Blackwell State Prison. Seeing how cracked up the prison was, Falcon walked up to the prison ward and asked him to put the jail in his racing tour, it took some bribing but the ward finally agreed.
Track Description: The track starts off going straight past the guard gates and into the prison past eight jail cells, after that you go off a boost panel and turn left into the shower room where the path splits and meets at the center. Then you make two right turns to the prison yard where you make an immediate left, go straight, and go right back into the prison. Then you turn right, go straight, go left, and make a right turn passing jail cells. Then you head straight past the main cells and make a southwest turn into the escape tunnel. Then after the long tunnel you pop out of the pipe past a small body of water and outside the prison. After you exit you go left, straight past power lines, make a wide left turn followed by a wide turn right and make a left turn. If you are quick you can go off-road and off two ramps over rocks to cut off corners of the tracks; however one ramp must be activated by firing at a target. After the wide left turn you head straight and turn left back to start.

The Catch?: Every Saturday the prisoners are visited by the Woman’s Center, so you can only pick female characters: Peach, Daisy, Rosalina, or Honey Bee ONLY.
Rules:
-No hacking or glitching.
-No glitch shortcuts (All other non-glitch shortcuts are fine).
-No repicking a course for one GP (4 Races).
-YOU CAN ONLY PICK PEACH, DAISY, ROSALINA, OR QUEEN/HONEY BEE, IF YOU PICK SOMEBODY ELSE YOU ARE DISQUALIFIED, Any vehicle is allowed.
