Actually, you have to stay off the booster completely, but you can use the spring.  I'll add that to the acronym/faq section.

lvl 2: 6:01 and I can't seem to get below 6 with the strat I'm using

lvl 3 19:48  can definetly be inproved

edit: lvl 3 18:83 still not that good

I kind of think that Wario forward-B and bike parts should be the same thing. There's no way a single bike can reach all of the targets, so for forward-B you basically have to get rid of the bike and wait until Wario can use it again (which is a few seconds after the bike is gone) to hit certain targets. I'm pretty sure Wario can't complete all the levels with riding his bike into them too. Also, for bike parts why shouldn't you be allowed to throw the entire bike? It just seems kind of silly to separate the two.

You can throw the entire bike for bike parts.  About the bike and bike parts being separated, I'll think more about it after finals week is over.  Anyone else feel free to post your thoughts.

About the bike, I'm not particular. Either way is fine with me, as on the one hand you're technically hitting all the targets with the bike or a part of it, but on the other, there's a control difference between hitting targets while riding the bike and throwing it.
