 Standard Battling Rules. *Our Standard rules as taken from the Official Smogon Ruleset
-No Ubers: Dialga, Palkia, Giratina(both formes), Manaphy, Darkrai, Arceus, Garchomp, Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Latios, Deoxys (all forms),Wynaut and Wobbuffet are banned. You may not use them. Celebi and Jirachi, as defined by Smogon's metagame, are not Uber and therefore allowed.
-Species Clause: No using more than one of any species of Pokemon. Same species means same Pokedex number
-Sleep Clause
You may only put one Pokemon to sleep at a time. Once that Pokemon wakes up, you may put it or another Pokemon to sleep again. But again, only one Pokemon on their team can be asleep at one time. Pokemon asleep due to the effects of Rest or Effect Spore do NOT count towards that limit.
-No OHKOs: Sheer Cold, Horn Drill, Guillotine and Fissure are banned.
-Soul Dew Clause: The hold item Soul Dew is banned.
-No Evasion: Double Team and Minimize are banned. Being that Acupressure gives a random stat boost, revieving a boost in evasion is not in violation of this rule.
Everything else, including Sand Attack, the item Bright Powder and the Sand Veil ability, are legal.
-Self KO Clause: You may not use Explosion, Selfdestruct, or Destiny Bond with your last Pokemon. This is to stop people from using these moves to force the battle in a draw.
