Sheik, mentally is a guy, but physically is a woman, simply put.

Can she do it (change gender)? I don't see why not.
Does it make sense and is it more reasonable to say that she is a guy? No.

Well, Zelda can make her chest flat, but to grow a "thing" down there....., is that even possible? I don't think so.

That manga is not canon

1. Sheik is male. Zelda turns into a man to hide from Ganon. This doesn't mean sheik has a diddlydoo or whatever, it doesn't matter, but Sheik's body is definitely male. If you find Sheik sexy, you like men.

2. Characters in OOT refer to Sheik as "him". Play the game.

3. Compare Sheik's body to Zelda's and you can see clearly that some sort of magical transformation has occurred in any case. Zelda has a female form, while Sheik's torso is longer, shoulders are a lot broader, arms and legs are thicker, and if you'll look he actually has a bulge. Bit excessive, nintendo.




look at ZSS vs Falcon, both wear tight outfits. The only confusing thing is that Sheik is skinny, but if you look at their structure you see the same exact differences. ZSS, a female, has a smaller torso while Falcon, a male, has broader shoulders and a larger torso.

If even says on the trophy in melee that sheik is a girl, it refers to SHE plenty of times. Of course in OoT they would say its a guy, if they said it was a girl, you would catch on to quickly as to who the character was.

Torso is shoulder pads,explains the broad shoulders and wider AND longer torso.

In SMASH BROS he's referred to as "she". In ZELDA he is referred to as "he" and "him".

Actually no, it doesn't. Look at Sheik's side, it is clearly a skin tight outfit and Sheik has wide shoulderblades and torso.

Shoulder pads do not make your shoulders broader, if anything they'd just be taller. The broadness of the shoulders is defined by the location of the arm sockets based on spatial mass.

Sheik is a man. Zelda clearly transforms into a man to hide from Ganon. it's the perfect disguise.

as far as the manga thing goes, i know for a fact that when that was said, they meant that she took on the MENTALITY of a male, but if you look at her anatomy carefully, you can still see FEMALE attributes (BREASTS, NO BULGE, NONE OF THAT...

I just made a post proving that Sheik has a male body. Erroneous, sir. I'm tired of men embarrassing themselves by saying Sheik is hot when Sheik, physically, is male.

I remember a theory someone had on an old forum some time ago. Let's say Sheik really was male and Zelda is female. Zelda was disguised as Sheik for 7 full years. You don't think that would cause some psychological damage?
As for the broad shoulders and torso my guess is either some pretty intense workouts or it's simply the art design.
Zelda's diguise was meant to hide her feminin features so if other people reffrered to Sheik as a male, then the diguise worked.

You can't broaden your shoulders by working out. You'd literally have to "magically" change your bone structure, which she did, to become a man. Whether she has a penis or not is irrelevant, as she changed her body to that of a man's to disguise herself as one. The reason I mention it is because people embarrass themselves by saying "oh sheik is hot", supposedly straight people, it only proves that they don't know how to differentiate between a man and a woman.

Look, Zelda can obviously magically change her hair and eye color. If she can do that, she should also be able to change her anatomy/structure. And if she's running from Ganon, why would she risk being exposed if she was ever exposed? C'mon, she's got the friggin Triforce of Wisdom, I think she can figure that out.



And the Melee trophy? That could be either error, or the writer's personal opinion. It proves very little.

Obscure descriptions in smash trophies are not canon, but OOT is, in OOT characters call Sheik a man.
