use CF manliness to distract the turtle to go on your side then use the turtle on G&W

I can only resort to Pit at this point, but what I realize is that when G&W takes a projectile in with the bucket, he gets quite some lag from it, and cant do anything til it's gone.
Pit can shoot 3 consecutive arrows at a Recovering G&W thats holding a bucket, 1 at a time, with the bucket lag in place, he'll fall down for a KO.
Once he has his bucket full, Pit can use his arrows more freely, but just pray you can avoid the broken disjointed moves, especially B-air.

Just keep in mind that with a full bucket you cannot Bucket Brake.

Though I would sacrifice Bucket Braking and lose a bit of defensive capabilities in stopping Pit's arrows in exchange for a 20-death that hits on frame 2.

the bucket is not worth it

the attack itself has a lot of start-up, so it's basically used as a dthrow tech chase, which against most characters you face, using usmash is far better for that

bucket braking is too broken to give up

i play one of the best pits u will ever see every other day or so. The bucket is worth it, down throw tech chase isnt always the best way, but is a really good time to use it. I usually wait for the opponent to do a move that has lag, is punishable or read what theyre going to do and then use it on them...

Or you get grabbed out of 2 9's by your fellow Lucario player .

... did 2 G&W's hit you with a J9 and then your buddy grabbed you before you flew away? I love that. It's even more hilarious when you get footstool jumped mid-flight for the save. =)

Mr. Game and Watch's Fair lasts a long time and quickly loses almost all of its knockback as its span continues, so you can adjust your timing in accordance to this.

I recently played a G&W and he raped the heck out of me. But when I choose DDD I mananged to three stock him! Spam the sex kick and Ftilt.

Game and Watch isn't THAT bad, I mean his keyblade can be blocked and easily shieldgrabbed due to its minimal shield push and despite having little lag after the move is done, he is still vulnerable. Despite his smashes having little end lag, they all have fairly slow start-up lag. His aerials last a long time and if he misses (especially Fair) he is left very vulnerable. Pulling out the bucket also leaves him vulnerable overall. The second lightest character in the game is more vulnerable than you think.

Unlike Meta Knight, he's just messed up.
