Yo, I dont think it is quite fair to allow hacked shots, but not edited shots.
They are both the same thing if you think about it, hacking allows you to edit the game, edit costumes, attacks, items, etc.
Editing a snapshot through photobucket/photoshop isnt as intensive as hacking =/
