Correct me if I'm wrong, but even the characters that have a slim chance of dealing with it are at a severe disadvantage. A solution was found. That gives enough leeway for some strategic planking, and not so much that it's going to be how the match is decided. It's an easy, enforceable rule that doesn't leave room for error. Bomp.

Planking is when you have the stock/percent advantage and you go to a side of the stage and abuse the invincibility frames to keep yourself in the lead until the timer runs out. The only reason it is being debated is because it's not classified as stalling (which is banned)
