Tournament requirements to be included in Oregon PR discussions:

12 person minimum attendance.

12 "PR points" must be in attendance (Oregon top 5 worth 2 points, all other PR'd players including OoS worth 1 point, unranked players worth 1/3 point.)

5 ranked Oregon players must be in attendance.

GameClucks Monthlies are always included regardless of Oregon attendance due to the overwhelming co-mingling of our communities.
