Thanks. The reason that was depressing was because I had literally tried reinstalling tio and basically everything. What happened was I connected to somebody's computer using TeamView (Foodies) (with their permission), sent the file to their email which they put on their desktop, logged onto my AiB account from their computer and uploaded the tio file from her computer, although I was controlling her computer with mine. Technically the file was uploaded from Foodies' computer/network. And it still didn't work.....
