Hello again, AiB! Sorry for the long wait, but with playoffs kicking off, a new promotion (ASK FOR NAME CHANGES PLEASE!), and school starting up, I figured I'd give the members some time to let life sink in before I resumed. I guess not much will change; unless some big event goes on, WTUs will still be on Sundays (same time, same place). But enough chatter, let's get to what matters!

Last edition's results: It's a good thing I made the WTU group and kept tabs, otherwise I would've completely forgotten everything for this! So, the featured user from #29 was none other than jarvitz! He joined the site on December 14, 2008, mains Funky Kong in Mario Kart Wii, and has created one stage. Participation was much better for this edition, and we had a filled roster. Congratulations to luigimaster51, Maize, person13nebur, SkOaRaAn, and SuperMarioMC for making it through! By the way, if you wish to see the results of the contest the day after, check this group out!

1. I will show you the message the featured user sent me. If you are the user I am describing, please keep quiet about it and do not reveal yourself. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your
WTU Featured User badge.
2. In addition to a fact, clues will be given to help you search the myriad users of AiB for the right one. Don’t stop until you are absolutely sure you have the right user and he or she matches the clues given, because you only get one shot at this.
3. To make sure you are taking the time to check your guess, I will give you a few questions to answer about this user. Every answer will be found somewhere on his or her profile (About Me, blogs, videos, etc.) If one answer is incorrect, then your whole guess will be counted wrong, so make sure you are absolutely certain of what you typed. (P.S. If you can't find the answers or have to PM the person you're looking at for an answer, you're doing it wrong.)
4. When you are ready to give the name and answers, do not post as a comment. You must send a private message, or your submission will be void. Also, don’t give me a link to his or her profile unless you have the name and the answers to the questions to go with it. Putting just a link in your message will count as an incomplete (and therefore wrong) answer.
5. Everyone has until midnight tonight (PST) to message me. Any answer sent in after that will not be counted.
6. The first five that send the correct username get the
WTU Winner badge! Keep in mind, however, that some veterans may come back to compete. Work fast, but don’t give up!

Well folks, let's see which lucky ducky gets the spotlight this time...

"Here are some unique facts about me that possibly no one will know!

1. I love Classic Rock/Heavy Metal Music!
2. I love classic games way more than the ones today
3. I love World History/Geography
4. I love keeping up with the news and current events around the world!"

In addition to what's above, this user...
-is in the group '90's Are All That.
-has an "h" somewhere in the username.
-joined the site in Winter 2010.
-doesn't have an account on any other Ai site.
-mains a B tier Brawl character, according to the Official BBR Tier List v6.

And the questions you need to answer about this user are as follows:
1. When exactly did this user join the site?
2. Who is the main described above?
3. How many tournaments has this user been to?

So tell me…WHO’S THAT USER?! Good luck to all, use your time wisely, and pay attention to the clues/questions! >;D

P.S. By my calculations, there will be eight more editions unless I get more PMs. It's not like I expect this to go on forever or anything, and you all are free to send in entries if you wish; I just wanted to say that #38 will be the last edition at the moment. Prepare yourselves, because I will make that one extra fun!
Another Sunday has arrived, so you know what this means. I welcome you to the 4th ladder update of the spring season! Now, you are wondering, "Why are you writing this for 2 bi-weeklys in a row?". Indeed, this is supposedly Invinicboy's turn to write this, but because he is on a little vacation for this weekend, he has requested that I will write it in his place. No worries, you'll see him around in the next one. Let's see where were at!

I do have a video for you, today. Then again, I realized I've been getting more doubles matches than singles as of recently, but it'd be nice to get a little variety once in awhile. Anyways, sent in by Keeby, he and Davidlazer have taken on Team Red! (Haha, I guess it's a good thing I'm writing this. Otherwise, Vince would've probably refuse to add this. *coughkirbyhatercough*)

Keeby (Kirby) / Davidlazer (Marth) vs. SuperMarioMC (Mr. Game & Watch) / SkOaRaAn (Marth)

(If you want to show off some ladder skills, feel free to send your video via PM to any of these inboxes: Invinciboy and yours truly, lightlanayru. Mocha is still on hiatus for the time being!)

There is about a month remaning for those willing to reach the top 64 in singles and top 32 in doubles at the end of the season. If you haven't tried out the ladder yet, it won't hurt to do so. Not only will you be able to make a few friends and rivals, but you will also gain a lot of practice and learn how to get better with your mains. So without further ado, I hope you all have a good day today! Until next time, see ya~ :]

UmbreonMonarchy: Ok.

Let's get started...

Who are you on AiB and what character(s) do you main?

SuperMarioMC: I am SuperMarioMC, and I main Mr. Game & Watch.

UmbreonMonarchy: Game & Watch, the 2-D wonder that has that janky B-air. You 've got to love him.

Did you ever expect to get this far into the ladder playoffs? You don't see G&Ws get this far into the bracket often.

SuperMarioMC: Well, at first, I didn't. It was quite a surprise. Before AiB, I used to be a regular at GameBattles. Slowly, but gradually, I would always make my way to the top 25 in either singles or doubles. It seems like the same thing is happening again, but this time at AiB.

This is the furthest I've ever been in any playoffs and I'm very proud of myself for that. Considering that fact, as you said, it's a rarity for a G&W to make it this far.

I'm just representing all the G&W players out there.

UmbreonMonarchy: I go to GB myself. I'm currently second on doubles ladder and around 22nd on the singles. The representation you've given G&W on the ladder is pretty good.

After all this time playing, what do you like most about the ladder?

SuperMarioMC: What I like most about the AiB ladder is that it's organized in one convenient chatroom. Score reports are always quick, so that's good. The players are always nice and friendly. Over the seasons, I've made a lot of friends that are always up for friendlies or even a ladder match. Overall, AiB is a great Brawl community.

UmbreonMonarchy: Yeah, ladder is quite organized.
What drives you to play online; for practice, to play other people, to see how you stack against other players, or something else?

SuperMarioMC: At first, when Brawl came out, I just wanted to see how I stack against other players.  Back during my Melee days, I would only play against my small group of friends. The curiosity to see how I rank against other people was what got me into competitive Brawl in the first place. With online Brawl, I am opened to more people to play. Now, I play online to better myself and prepare for upcoming offline tournaments. I've been to some offline tournaments before, but I still have a long way to go to make it to the top. The first step is to play online, I think. Playing online has definitely helped me because it introduces me to more playing styles. Diversity in what kind of player you'll encounter will only benefit you as a Brawler.

UmbreonMonarchy: I use online for pretty much the same reason you do.
What's the toughest opponent you've had to play on the ladder? And what was their main?

SuperMarioMC: I would have to say junebugx was the toughest opponent I had to play on the ladder. Junebug uses an amazing Lucario. I fought against him in the winners finals of the Spring Playoffs and he won. He's definitely a nice guy. After our match, he has been helping me with my bad match-ups, giving me some tips along the way.

UmbreonMonarchy: Related to the last question, what character do you think is the hardest to play against on Wi-Fi from your own experience?

SuperMarioMC: I would say I have the most trouble with Toon Links on Wi-Fi.

UmbreonMonarchy: Any specific reason you find Toon Links hard?

SuperMarioMC: Their use of projectiles always seem to get the best of me.

UmbreonMonarchy: Yeah, Toon Link's projectiles are quite annoying...

As this interview comes to a close, is there any advice you'd give to players who want to get better? Do you have any advice for other G&W mains who want to get better too?

SuperMarioMC: My advice to the players out there is to find their best character and keep on practicing. With due time, you'll be able to find a pattern and read your opponent. For the G&W mains, I leave you these set of standards I go by:

Be polite.
Be efficient.
Have a plan to 9 hammer everyone you meet.

UmbreonMonarchy: The following question has nothing to do with the ladder;
what do you think of this?

SuperMarioMC: Ha-ha!

SuperMarioMC: I saw this. xD

SuperMarioMC: This was funny

UmbreonMonarchy: The best part was when Luigi went "WAH!"

SuperMarioMC: WAH!

SuperMarioMC: LOL

SuperMarioMC: Hah

SuperMarioMC:  Well, Umbreon, is the interview over?

UmbreonMonarchy: Yeah, the interview is over. Thank you for your time, SMMC. I wish you luck in the future ladder seasons~

SuperMarioMC: xD Alright Umbreon! See ya later man!

Editors Note: after making it to the Winner's Finals, SuperMarioMC lost to Junebug and Samboner, placing 3rd overall - good for a prize of $50.
