Q1: Yes. Nothing else forges with Smash Balls to create Final Smashes.

Q2: Not directly. The only way that you can "buy" a Smash Ball is to take a chance at one with one of two Special Booster Packs: S1 Special or S4 Special. Both Boosters contain Smash Balls as UR cards, and S1 has other really nice UR's as well. The odds are in your favor to get a Smash Ball should the UR odds hit if you buy S4 Special, but that booster is more expensive, so I advise against it.

S1 are the characters under Brawl >Mains that can be forged together with a Smash Ball to make Final Smashes. They're the ones that are common and come from Series 1.

About me:A person with a spiritual outlook on life, I LOVE to have fun and make friends.
