Xcat2 wrote at 4:39 PM on Dec 11, 2011: Hello! Nice to meet you.
I'm Extreme-Cat2, or you may call me Xcat for short. I'm a friend of GoldenYoshiKing and a Super Smash Bros. Brawl player.
I heard that you are a good Smash player, and I am convinced. I want to challenge you next weekend and meet in Free Play at night if you may be online. I'm sure the matches will be entertaining!
Thanks and have an excellent day!

But until then you can detox to get mercury out of your system (and you'd be surprised just where mercury is found... like fish, soda, or anything with high-fructose corn syrup). For now I'd suggest lively green herbs like cilantro, parsley, etc., with fresh citrus fruits and berries (not pasteurized if in juice form) and a good helping of Brazil Nuts: These nuts are awesome for detoxing mercury, I believe due to the selenium content, but it's a trace mineral and selenium intake shouldn't exceed 400 micrograms (400ug). One nut gives you enough selenium (up to 100ug) to stave off a selenium deficiency. Try finding these nuts in bulk at your local health food store -- a couple nuts is pretty inexpensive medicine :^] |
