You're apparently permanently banned from the ladder. This is why the page just refreshes. I'll go ahead and overturn the ban, since I can't find any documented reason for your permanent ban.

I'm not a ladder staff member, and it doesn't really make sense to me why it wouldn't work either, but I would recommend talking to Mysterion or another ladder ref/admin.
